I Extract Your Genius
and Install It in Systems
That Scale Without You

You built something brilliant. But you're still the bottleneck. I help entrepreneurs turn their deepest expertise into operational AI systems their teams can run flawlessly — at scale, without drift. So you can stop being the answer to every question and start being the architect of a business that runs.

Your genius is your prison. The thing that made you successful is the same thing that keeps you stuck — because no one else can do it the way you do. Until you extract it, codify it, and install it in systems that think like your best people.

Who I Am

The Short Version

I pulled apart a Commodore 386 when I was five and put it back together. It still worked. By 14 I was building computers and selling them. By 17 I'd left school and was running internet cafes. I've always lived at the edge of whatever technology was bleeding at the time — crypto, DeFi, crowdfunding, and now AI systems design. Some of those bets worked spectacularly. One blew up in a way that took years to recover from. The bruise taught me more than the wins ever did.

Today I run A Player Labs. I blend AI, systems thinking, and regenerative design to turn founder intuition into infrastructure. A mate once told me I'm like three people: Iron Man (speaks technology natively), Doctor Strange (bends time), and Kung Fu Panda (unreasonably good at things I have no business being good at). I'll take it.

My philosophy is simple: throughput over effort. I hunt for where time goes to die in your business — the drag, the inertia, the places where momentum gets eaten alive. Then I build the thing that eliminates it. No lock-ins. No jargon. No parasitic relationships. Symbiotic only.

Four Ways I Help You Bend Time

Everything I build does one thing: it finds where time goes to die in your business and replaces that drag with something that runs without you. One contractor, the power of a thousand hires. Here's the toolkit.

A Player Brains. Custom AI prompts built on a tight framework — Role, Process, Heuristics, Guardrails, Output — that keeps them concise, specific, and free of drift. A brain is like cloning your best team member to handle one bottleneck at a time. A construction quoting brain. A decision-making brain. A content brain. One brain, one job, done properly.

A Player Apps. I take the thing your team does every week in spreadsheets — the copying, pasting, calculating, cross-referencing — and turn it into an app that does it in minutes. Meta ad spend analysis that took a junior 15 hours a week? Now takes 10 minutes. Shopify stock-on-hand that tells you weeks of coverage and flags when it's critical? Built. I separate the talent from the math, automate the math, and give the talent back to the human.

A Player Bots. Autonomous agents that replace communications-level functions with something genuinely fluent. Not the clunky chatbots you've used before. These read context, pull information, and handle the routine — bookings, customer service, triage — so your humans handle the exceptions. Think less "please hold" and more "hey Jeremy, I noticed you like nachos — we've got killer nachos."

A Player Consults. Bring me into the room — hourly or daily. I help your team see around corners, identify what's actually the constraint (not what feels like the constraint), and map a critical path through it. This is the work where I run pre-mortems on your processes, find every landmine, and build a path that walks around all of them.

The Principle

No lock-in contracts. Code ships to your servers. I help you maintain your infrastructure, but you can always remove me as a user. No speaking in jargon you don't understand just so you can't leave. Everything I build, you own. I want to be symbiotic to your reality — never parasitic.

How Expertise Becomes Infrastructure

Whether I'm building a Brain, an App, a Bot, or running a Consult — it all starts the same way. I find where the drag is, run a pre-mortem on everything that's going to fail, and build a critical path that walks around every landmine. Here's the sequence.

1 Pick Your Bottleneck
Constraint Identification

Not your top three problems. Not the interesting ones. The single constraint that, if removed, would cause throughput to jump 2–5x. We find it together, usually in the first session.

2 Dump Your Process
Expertise Extraction

I interview your best thinking. Voice memos, documents, screen recordings — whatever captures how you actually make decisions. The goal: separate the talent from the process. I need to find the invariance — the real math underneath the intuition — so the math can be automated and the talent stays with the human.

3 Cut the Noise
Pre-Mortem & Critical Path

I run a pre-mortem: what's going to fail when someone tries to do this? I find every landmine in the process. Then I build a critical path that walks around all of them. What's left isn't just cleaner — it's the actual decision architecture stripped of habit and workaround.

4 Build the Brain
System Design

Your extracted expertise gets installed into an AI system with clear guardrails, defined outputs, and calibrated judgement. One brain, one job, one bottleneck eliminated.

5 Ship and Measure
Deployment & Iteration

It goes live in week one. Not someday. Week one. Then we measure, refine, and harden. Because the distance between good and great is covered after launch, not before.

What People Say

There are a lot of smart people in the world, but not everyone has the ability to communicate complex ideas into engaging, palatable bites. Rossco gave a fantastic talk — he knows how to interweave storytelling, sprinkle in the right amount of entertainment, and still teach something eye-opening.

Rossco has spoken numerous times to my students about decentralised technologies and has my audience awe-struck. His ability to take complex systems and make them immediately understandable is rare.
